Hitches Installation Page

I tend to be one of those "show me" people so when I started selling the B&W Turnover Hitch I wanted to know everything I could about it. I figured the best way to find out was to install one myself. I was very surprised at how easy it was to install. It took me less than 2 hours to install - by myself! Traci M.

Easy Installation!
The hitch assembly simply bolts directly to the frame under the bed, while the bed is in place. It is designed to use the existing holes in your frame to eliminate the need for drilling* or welding.

The installation goes essentially like this: Hook your tape measure on the back edge of the truck bed (tail gate end), draw a small line as directed on the installation sheet, divide the distance between the wheel wells and make another line, use a center punch to mark the intersection of the lines, drill a 4" round hole at the intersection, and the hard part is done. The next step is to slide the cross members into position, and bolt the center section between the cross members with the receiver tube inserted into the hold in the truck bed floor. Then, bolt the side plates to the cross member and to the frame. Lastly, tighten the set screw on the release handle and drop the ball into the receiver. You're done.
